Site Architect

   Location: Jumeirah, UAE
   Experience: 2–4 years in UAE
   Salary: AED 8,000 – 14,000

   Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review architectural drawings, plans, and designs.

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution on-site.

• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

• Monitor construction progress, quality, and materials on-site.

• Assist in problem-solving and provide practical solutions for design or construction challenges.

• Maintain clear documentation of site activities and project updates.

   Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in UAE construction projects.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software.

• Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and structural concepts.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
