Senior Site Architect

     Location: Dubai

     Experience: 4+ Years

     Salary: AED 12000

     Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all architectural works on-site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, and ensure they meet design requirements.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, and adherence to UAE building codes.

• Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, engineers, and project management teams to resolve technical issues.

• Provide design clarifications and issue RFIs, NCRs, and site instructions as required.

• Ensure architectural works are executed according to project timelines and milestones.

• Identify potential design or construction risks early and propose corrective actions.

• Prepare detailed site reports, inspection logs, and progress documentation for management.

• Mentor and guide junior site architects to ensure consistent quality and performance.

• Maintain strong alignment between design intent and on-site execution throughout all project stages.

     Qualifications & Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience overseeing architectural site works in the UAE.

• Experience working with real estate developers, consultants, or contractor companies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field; Master’s is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of construction detailing, materials, and finishing standards.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM tools preferred.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong understanding of UAE building regulations, authority requirements, and compliance.

• Ability to manage site challenges, meet deadlines, and coordinate across multiple teams.
