Key Responsibilities:
Handle property sales for residential or commercial projects from lead generation to deal closure.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and referral partners.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings to showcase project offerings.
Follow up with leads promptly and maintain high conversion rates.
Stay updated on UAE real estate market trends, property laws, project launches, and competitor offerings.
Prepare and present sales proposals, pricing options, and investment opportunities.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and prepare regular sales reports.
Coordinate with marketing, admin, and finance teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.
Represent the company at property events, exhibitions, and sales campaigns.
Qualifications & Requirements:
3+ years of sales experience with UAE real estate developers.
Strong understanding of the UAE property market, developers, and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Fluency in English; Arabic or Hindi speaking candidates preferred.
Strong client relationship management and presentation abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
