Sales Executive

     Experience: 3+Years 
     Salary: AED 12000

     Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle property sales for residential or commercial projects from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the management.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and referral partners.

  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings to showcase project offerings.

  • Follow up with leads promptly and maintain high conversion rates.

  • Stay updated on UAE real estate market trends, property laws, project launches, and competitor offerings.

  • Prepare and present sales proposals, pricing options, and investment opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and prepare regular sales reports.

  • Coordinate with marketing, admin, and finance teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.

  • Represent the company at property events, exhibitions, and sales campaigns.

     Qualifications & Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales experience with UAE real estate developers.

  • Strong understanding of the UAE property market, developers, and regulations.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

  • Fluency in English; Arabic or Hindi speaking candidates preferred.

  • Strong client relationship management and presentation abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
