Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow relationships with international partners, distributors, and brokerages.
Drive sales and revenue growth through indirect channels in global markets.
Identify, onboard, and develop new international partners to expand market reach.
Maintain strong relationships with global brokerages and industry stakeholders.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with partners to maximize business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure partner success and alignment with business objectives.
Monitor partner performance, provide regular reporting, and implement strategies for improvement.
Stay updated on international market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in indirect sales with an international focus.
Proven track record of managing and expanding relationships with global brokerages.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal abilities.
Understanding of international markets and cross-cultural business practices.
Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting platforms.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
