Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on mortgage options, eligibility, interest rates, and UAE bank policies.
Manage the full mortgage sales cycle—from lead qualification to loan approval and disbursal.
Assess client financials (income, credit score, affordability) to recommend suitable mortgage products.
Coordinate with banks, lenders, and financial institutions to obtain competitive mortgage offers.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate brokers, and referral partners.
Handle documentation, application submission, and compliance processes accurately.
Provide regular follow-ups to clients and ensure smooth, timely processing of mortgage applications.
Stay updated on UAE mortgage trends, new bank products, and regulatory changes.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the mortgage business.
Qualifications & Requirements:
2+ years of experience in mortgage sales in the UAE.
Excellent knowledge of UAE mortgage loans, bank policies, and documentation processes.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Ability to analyze financial information and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic financial assessment.
High attention to detail, professionalism, and time management.
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
