     Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on mortgage options, eligibility, interest rates, and UAE bank policies.

  • Manage the full mortgage sales cycle—from lead qualification to loan approval and disbursal.

  • Assess client financials (income, credit score, affordability) to recommend suitable mortgage products.

  • Coordinate with banks, lenders, and financial institutions to obtain competitive mortgage offers.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate brokers, and referral partners.

  • Handle documentation, application submission, and compliance processes accurately.

  • Provide regular follow-ups to clients and ensure smooth, timely processing of mortgage applications.

  • Stay updated on UAE mortgage trends, new bank products, and regulatory changes.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the mortgage business.

     Qualifications & Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in mortgage sales in the UAE.

  • Excellent knowledge of UAE mortgage loans, bank policies, and documentation processes.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

  • Ability to analyze financial information and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic financial assessment.

  • High attention to detail, professionalism, and time management.

  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
