    Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage FP&A activities for assigned business units, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

  • Perform detailed financial analysis, variance analysis, and scenario modeling to guide business strategy.

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for management and stakeholders.

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve business performance and profitability.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and sales, to drive financial performance.

  • Mentor and support junior analysts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in deliverables.

  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.

    Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance with team management exposure.

  • Core FP&A experience in a product-based industry.

  • CA or MBA in Finance from a Tier-1 university.

  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI; strong Excel and financial modeling skills.

  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and business acumen.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
