     Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow relationships with international partners, distributors, and brokerages.

  • Drive sales and revenue growth through indirect channels in global markets.

  • Identify, onboard, and develop new international partners to expand market reach.

  • Maintain strong relationships with global brokerages and industry stakeholders.

  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with partners to maximize business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure partner success and alignment with business objectives.

  • Monitor partner performance, provide regular reporting, and implement strategies for improvement.

  • Stay updated on international market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements.

     Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in indirect sales with an international focus.

  • Proven track record of managing and expanding relationships with global brokerages.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal abilities.

  • Understanding of international markets and cross-cultural business practices.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting platforms.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
