Junior Site Architect

     Location: Dubai

     Experience: 2+ years

     Salary: AED 8000

     Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise architectural works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, engineers, and project managers to resolve design or site issues.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety and construction standards.

• Assist in reviewing architectural drawings, material submissions, shop drawings, and method statements.

• Ensure timely execution of architectural works in line with project schedule and milestones.

• Report discrepancies, technical issues, or deviations from design and support corrective actions.

• Prepare daily and weekly site reports, documentation, and updates for project management.

• Support senior architects with design clarifications, RFIs, and site coordination activities.

• Maintain effective communication with site teams to ensure smooth workflow and project alignment.

     Qualifications & Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience overseeing architectural works on-site in the UAE.

• Experience in real estate developers, consultant firms, or contractor companies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.

• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, detailing, and materials.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/SketchUp is an advantage.

• Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

• Good understanding of UAE construction standards and regulations.
