   Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with real estate brokerages, agents, and channel partners across Dubai

  • Drive new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market outreach

  • Promote and sell real estate projects / services to brokers, investors, and end clients

  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets on a monthly and quarterly basis

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends, pricing, and competitor activity

  • Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and management teams to align business strategies

  • Organize and participate in broker meetings, property launches, roadshows, and events

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, broker interactions, and deals in CRM systems

  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals in compliance with company policies

   Requirements & Qualifications
  • 2–3+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales or Business Development in Dubai

  • Strong and active network with real estate brokerages and agents

  • In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market (off-plan & secondary preferred)

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on closing and revenue generation

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

   Language Skills
  • Fluency in English is mandatory

  • Arabic is a strong advantage

  • Additional languages such as French, Russian, Greek, or any other multilingual capability will be highly preferred
